No Kings day in Ovid 11 am, Saturday Oct. 18. Show your commitement to America

America threw off the hegemony of autocracy and monarchy in favor of Democracy 250 years ago. We have had a good run as a Democracy!

Now there are forces in power who want to bring back autocratic rule, with king-like powers. Americans must stand united against that effort.

Show your American patriotism at the No Kings rallies on October 18. 

Indivisible Seneca has organized one in Ovid. 

We’ll be peacefully rallying, supporting the Rule of Law and freedom of speech. Our devotion to the principles of our Constitution and the Bill of Rights is the backbone of the freedoms we enjoy, our self-dignity and our standing in the world. Please join us and millions of people across the nation on Saturday the 18th in amplifying our voices, demanding accountability from our elected Representatives.

11:00 am to 12:00 noon. Ovid. At the main intersection of Rts 96, 96A and 414. 

If the northeast parking is full, park at the VFW on 96, or across 96A at Pat's Pizzeria or Five Star Bank. 

Please register so we can plan appropriately.

Bring signs that let people know that you are defending our democracy and want to see No Kings in America.

1:00 – 2:30pm Watkins Glen. At the Courthouse 105 9th St. Register

4:30 – 5:30pm Trumansburg. Near the Farmers Market at 69W Main. Register.
