...and justice for all.

Justice is the outcome of a legal system that provides safeguards for people accused of criminal behaviors, without regard to their age, gender, ethnicity, religion, background, citizenship or wealth.   These safeguards underpin a judicial system, designed by our founders, that is blind to the biases we, as imperfect individuals, inevitably hold.   A fair judicial system – one that we call “just” – is a system where all accused are entitled to the full protections of our Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Our representative in Congress, Claudia Tenney, is falling short of supporting these safeguards. She lauds administration actions that deny justice to Americans based on the circumstances of their birth. We need a representative who supports this fundamental American value.
