Labor Day Action in Geneva

Labor Day is a holiday celebration of American worker effort, ingenuity and productivity.

Today the Trump Administration has weakened and decimated many Federal agency programs that protect and advance the rights and benefits of the average worker to fund substantial tax breaks for the very wealthy.

Mark Labor Day by letting the community know that you don't accept this illegality

Monday September 1, 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM

at Geneva Lakefront Park, along Rts. 5&20

Organized by Indivisible Seneca and the Geneva Democratic Committee

The theme is Workers over Billionaires.

Billionaires are stealing from working families, destroying our democracy, and building private armies to attack our towns and cities. Stopping the billionaire takeover takes action at the ballot box, the courts, and through a bigger and stronger worker movement.

Nearby events are in Canandaigua at 10 am, Watkins Glen at noon, Seneca Falls at 1:00 pm and Auburn at  5 pm.
